Austin is the Operations Director of our Company. He has an extensive experience of general management in the automotive sector, increasing profitability and customer satisfaction across a number of leading organisations. Since joining Outsorc he has been instrumental in the success of two Global Paint and body Programme through innovation, challenging the status quo, and understanding the clients requirements.

As Operations Director, Austin now leads multiple vehicle manufacturer network improvement programmes, continually evolving them to ensure that they remain at the forefront of the industry.   He has an outstanding track record in finding and managing the best talent in the sector to drive network wide improvement, both regionally and globally.
