Introducing Olivia: MONITRR’s new AI-generated Avatar

OUTSORC is pleased to confirm that MONITRR - its leading global network management and performance improvement platform - will shortly enhance the customer user experience with an AI-generated Avatar.

MONITRR is the preferred network management and improvement platform, with nearly 50 programmes for leading brands in over 120 countries. It is available in 24 languages.  Every programme is unique, but a common thread is the high expectation of excellent user experience.

In April 2024, MONITRR will adopt Olivia as its advanced AI-generated Avatar produced by Synthesia Corporation and will be used to supplement its online user guides, automated network communications, training on key functionality and the technical support team based in the UK.
