OUTSORC’s Association with Ebrahim K. Kanoo B.S.C (c) in Bahrain

Last week was another pinnacle week for OUTSORC as we are pleased to announce our association with Ebrahim K Kanoo in Bahrain. 

We are excited to share that we have embarked on a new industry-leading coaching programme and, on Monday 9th October, started the first coaching rotation for Service Advisors.  

E K Kanoo continues to invest significantly in developing their people to be the best in the country, in conjunction with a state-of-the-art training academy. OUTSORC is providing expert coaching to frontline staff supported by MONITRR’s Service Advisor Excellence Programme – led by Andy Wust, OUTSORC’s Global Business Development Director. The aspiration is to enhance individual skill sets in delivering best-in-class customer service consistently to all customers in a measured way through MONITRR.   

Andy added “I’m thrilled to start this journey with both EK Kanoo and the Service Advisors across the different businesses. Together, we’ve developed a comprehensive, sustainable and measurable improvement programme that blends the technology of MONITRR with the expertise of coaching professionals and automotive experience. The intention is to support everyone’s move from ‘good to great’ in their job roles and so provide a significant Return on Investment for EK Kanoo.”

A huge thank you to Deborah Ombler, Dr John Matthew, Roana Baluyut and Clare East for all their help, support and hard work in making this happen and bringing it all to life. One thing for sure is that EK Kanoo provide great people with enthusiasm and passion to be the very best. OUTSORC will work with the various teams to support them in their quest to be best in class through every customer touchpoint.
