OUTSORC’s recent trip to the Middle East

Following our sixth trip this year to the Middle East, we are pleased to report that OUTSORC continues to deepen its relationships with leading organisations in the region. With high levels of engagement and participation from dealer groups and OEMS fuelled by a desire to continually improve network performance means future trips to the region are anticipated.  The Gulf Cooperation Council’s (GCC) aspiration to embrace leading-edge technology and digitise the economy is driving ever-higher interest in MONITRR.

We are currently rolling out a suite of “excellence programmes” across several Middle Eastern dealer groups that are focused on improving sales, service and bodyshop operations.  MONITRR is playing an important role in raising network performance levels and driving network consistency and sustainability.

We have recently had confirmation that the first phase of OUTSORC’s industry-leading service advisor programme is to be rolled out in six locations across the UAE. This is in partnership with one of the largest dealer groups in the GCC, for whom MONITRR will provide the platform to ensure programme sustainability.

In addition, we have agreed on a partnership with one of the most established automotive dealer improvement consultancy companies in the GCC, where MONITRR will be used to drive dealer improvement across all areas.   Also, our partnership with RMA has been confirmed, which will see MONITRR used to drive higher levels of sales in the luxury car sector in the UAE.  An exciting development for both our organisations.

In other news, we have launched our new Service Advisor coaching module in MONITRR with a leading automotive business in the Kingdom of Bahrain.   We also launched the first-of-a-kind Customer Experience Excellence Programme specifically for bodyshops, partnering with one of the world’s largest paint refinish brands.  Our Vehicle Health Check improvement programme managed through MONITRR’s new Key Performance Indicator monitoring module will also launch next month with two of the largest dealer groups in the Middle East.  Finally, new industry-leading sales and service core process ‘excellence programmes’ are due to be launched across the GCC using a new digital format – with the ability to carry out self, virtual and remote assessments.

OUTSORC will continue to partner with leading automotive and non-automotive brands in the Middle East – spearheaded by Andy Wust our Global Business Development Director.  Market size, and growth trajectory, coupled with strong leadership and management foresight in the region will propel it to become one of the most important in the world.  We are proud to play a small part in helping organisations embrace network management and performance through the application of MONITRR and our specialist knowledge in network improvement.  The Middle East region is and will continue to be a key market for OUTSORC.
