OUTSORC Agree on a Strategic Partnership with AMENA
OUTSORC has agreed on a strategic partnership with AMENA, the independent Automotive Association for the Middle East and North Africa. This follows a period of successfully working closely together in the fast-growing Middle East automotive aftermarket.
AMENA, a trailblazer in automotive network improvement, stands out for its use of industry experts, innovative technology and tailored network programme solutions. Their transformative approach to network development positions them as an ideal partner for OUTSORC, heralding a new era of enhanced network management.
A key enabler of the strategic partnership will be MONITRR, OUTSORC’s global network management and performance improvement system. It is used in 120 countries by over 8,000 distribution partners in the automotive, insurance, construction and agriculture sectors, is available in 24 languages, and relatively quickly has become widely used by brands in the region.
AMENA will support its regional customers using MONITRR’s advanced standards compliance, performance excellence, Key Performance Indicator and Net Promoter Score modules.
Daniel Emery, Executive Chairman at OUTSORC, said: “We have enjoyed a long-standing relationship with Alan at AMENA over several decades and have been impressed with his organisation's commitment to delivering high-performing initiatives like the ‘Automotive Mastery Programme’. Alan’s enduring focus and impressive record in raising operational excellence and customer services makes him and AMENA an ideal partner for our growing company and presence in the Middle East.”
Alan Whaley, the AMENA Chairman, said: “In a relatively short time, MONITRR has substantially increased the value of our services to the automotive retail and after-sales customers. We naturally embrace the adoption of advanced technology to support our way of partnering with customers – helping them realise tangible business improvements in a measured way. We are committed to perfecting the MONITRR platform and its future development.”
